Smoke detection and aerosol suppression system
The cabinet is equipped with 2 smoke detectors for quick notification to the fire station and activation of the aerosol. The aerosol cools and controls the battery during thermal runaway to prevent fire spread.
 

Temperature detection
At a temperature detection of > 50°C, charging stops automatically and an alarm signal sounds.
 

Doors and locks
2 self-closing doors equipped with door contacts. These detect if a door has been open for longer than 5 minutes. Through the MyLoxxer platform, a notification can be sent, and an on-site alarm will sound. The doors are equipped with a multi-point locking system and can be locked with a key.
 

Rapid intervention

• Transportable via 4 sides:
  The cabinet is equipped with adjustable foot supports and can be moved with a pallet truck on all four sides.
• Custom dimensions:
  The custom design allows our cabinets to be moved through standard doors, simplifying delivery. In case of incidents, the cabinet can be quickly moved outside.

Shelf grid
4 adjustable shelf grids to adjust the distance between shelves. The shelves with a mesh structure have a load capacity of max. 70kg
 

Power distribution boxes
Each shelf grid has a power distribution box with 8 sockets on the back wall for charging lithium-ion batteries with a maximum current of 16A per socket.
 

UPS battery
In case of power outage, the cabinet is equipped with a UPS battery that provides power to the cabinet for at least 24 hours to maintain safety.
 

Support foot supports
The cabinet is equipped with adjustable foot supports and can be moved with a pallet truck on all four sides, ensuring that the cabinet can be quickly moved outside in case of incidents.
 

Alarm and notifications
Alerts via audio-visual notifications, the MyLoxxer platform, and connection to the fire station (SMS & email): cabinet open for more than 5 minutes, power outage, system monitoring error, temperature >55°C, and smoke detection. In case of an error message, charging will be interrupted.
 

Pressure relief valve
At the top of the cabinet, there is a pressure relief valve with flame-retardant mesh. In case of sudden temperature rise and pressure build-up, the pressure relief valve will open, reducing the built-up pressure to normal atmospheric level.
 

Ventilation
The LOXK2000 ADVANCED PRO is equipped with forced ventilation to maintain the temperature inside the cabinet within acceptable limits.
