VDMA-certified – recognised by insurers and authorities
The LOXK2000 VDMA is certified in accordance with VDMA 24994, the leading standard for the safe storage and charging of lithium-ion batteries. This certification is recognised by insurers, fire departments, and safety officers, making it a key guarantee for fire safety and risk management.

Tested by accredited laboratory – GRYFITLAB
The VDMA 24974 test was conducted by GRYFITLAB, one of only two labs accredited by ECB-S to perform this certification. The demanding procedure includes checks of:

• Heat resistance of the cabinet

• Internal temperature control

• Resistance to thermal runaway

• Smoke and fire suppression

The AF-X Fireblocker is a high-performance aerosol extinguishing system, specially tested and certified for effectiveness in lithium-ion battery fires.
Tests were successfully carried out in collaboration with the Peutz fire laboratory and Kiwa.

Certified according to BRL-K21045 and the Specific Certification Program 05 for lithium-ion storage fire protection.

• Significant and rapid temperature reduction during fire

• Fast thermal runaway containment

• Thermal runaway controlled for at least 90 minutes

• Stabilizes conditions in battery storage

• Tested with batteries up to 160Ah – 48V

• No fire spread to nearby batteries
