The storage and charging cabinet is designed to safely store and charge lithium-ion batteries. It is primarily intended for batteries for bicycles, scooters, e-scooters, power tools, and similar devices.

The LOXXER battery storage and charging cabinets are equipped with two smoke detectors that ensure quick detection and intervention in case a lithium-ion battery goes into Thermal Runaway. As soon as smoke is detected, our aerosol extinguishing agent is activated and the customer is immediately notified of the situation.

The LOXK2000 has been redesigned, and thanks to a reinforced frame, our new cabinets are more robust and durable than ever. Our concept and overall functionality remain unchanged, and with an eye for aesthetics, the cabinet's finish has also been further refined.

The cabinet has two self-closing doors equipped with door contacts. The door contacts register if a door is open for more than five minutes. If this is the case, a notification is sent via the MyLoxxer platform and an alarm sounds on-site. The doors have a multipoint locking system and can be locked with a key.

The cabinet contains four adjustable shelf grates, allowing you to adjust the distance between the shelves. These shelves have a mesh structure and a load capacity of up to 70 kg. Sturdy enough for any type of battery and adaptable to various sizes.

For quick detection and intervention, our cabinet is equipped with two smoke detectors. When the temperature in the cabinet rises above 50°C, the charging process automatically stops and an alarm sounds. This prevents overheating and reduces the risk of fire hazard.

On the back wall of each shelf grate, a power distribution socket with 8 outlets is provided for charging the lithium-ion batteries, with a maximum current of 16A per outlet.

Our cabinet is equipped with audio-visual signaling and can be connected to a fire control panel. Through intelligent software, you can optionally receive various notifications via the MyLoxxer platform; power interruption, system errors, temperature alerts, and smoke detection.

In the event of a power outage, the cabinet is equipped with a UPS battery that provides power to the cabinet for a minimum of 24 hours, ensuring continuous safety.

At the top of the cabinet, a pressure relief valve with flame arrester mesh is installed. In the event of a sudden temperature increase and pressure buildup, this valve opens automatically to reduce the built-up pressure to normal atmospheric values.

The LOXK2000 ADVANCED PRO is equipped with forced ventilation to prevent batteries from overheating. This system ensures that heat buildup remains within acceptable limits, further enhancing safety.
